Gregg Ross co-founded the 23rdGroup, LLC through a motivation to build a superior facility management company that focuses on bringing a higher level of accountability in the field of facility management. Gregg is a seasoned industry professional who successfully develops relationships within the facility realm. His ability to comprehensively manage customer interactions and communicate with expertise, develop and implement innovative strategies ensures successful outcomes for both our customers and the team. He is often involved at the planning level of projects and maintains a consistent presence to uphold a cohesive consistence.
Gregg’s ability to develop trust, build positive relationships and foster a collegial work environment makes him an asset to the 23rd Group. Gregg’s efforts to expand his knowledge base and contribute to the industry doesn’t stop at the end of the work-day, he has been selected by various trade organizations, namely the Professional Retail Store Maintenance and International Council of Shopping Centers to write best practice publications, teach educational sessions, moderate round-table discussions and to deliver speeches at yearly conferences. Gregg graduated from Dowling College in 2001, where he studied Business Management.
A devoted family man, Gregg spends any free time with wife, Nicole and their three children Natalie, Tyler and Austin.
Carl J. Paparella co-founded the 23rdGroup, LLC to create a more efficient marketplace, in connection with providing facility management services for property managers and facility management professionals. He has an invaluable ability to translate a customer’s goal into an actionable strategy.
With 25 years of industry experience, he is regarded as an industry leader through innovative approaches and creating a friendly business environment prefaced on respect and transparency. His lofty experience combined with his attentive personality is a one-two victory punch for our team. Carl excels at articulating concepts and educating customers, so they can make empowered and informed business decisions. Nothing pleasures Carl more than an organized process and detailed campaign execution. His approach is data driven-he believes there is no better way to measure results than by using meaningful data to achieve clients’ immediate facility objectives.
Carl graduated from Cornell University in 2000, where he studied Industrial and Labor Relations. He furthered his education at the Touro Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2004.
When Carl isn’t busy with his business passions, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Charlene and two children, Gianna and Nicholas.
