Valid General Liability Policy with the agreement to make 23rd Group an additional insured under that policy.
Commercial Auto Insurance Policy on all motor vehicles operated.
Workers' Compensation Insurance Policy.
W-9 Form (for domestic partner crews).
W-8BEN Form (for international partner crews).
