Gregg graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a Minor in Business Management. He applies his educational background to not only grow his company but also to advance the industry. He frequently shares his knowledge through publications and at industry events, eager to both learn and teach.
At home, Gregg enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their three children, Natalie, Tyler, and Austin. Whether he's cheering on his kids at weekend games or hosting family dinners, Gregg cherishes the connections he shares with his family, friends, and community.

With a remarkable 25-year career, Carl stands as a respected leader in the industry, known for his innovative approaches and dedication to fostering a business environment rooted in respect and transparency.
Carl’s extensive experience is perfectly matched with his attentive nature, forming a powerful duo that consistently drives success for the team. He has a unique talent for breaking down complex concepts and educating clients, empowering them to make well-informed business decisions. For Carl, there’s nothing more satisfying than an organized process paired with precise campaign execution. His methodology is data-driven, as he firmly believes that meaningful data is the key to achieving clients' facility objectives.
A proud alumnus of Cornell University, Carl studied Industrial and Labor Relations before earning his Juris Doctorate from the Touro Law Center. This strong educational foundation supports his analytical and strategic approach to business.
When not immersed in his professional endeavors, Carl treasures quality time with his wife, Melissa, and their children, Annabeth, Santiago, Valentina, Gianna, Nicholas, and Julian.
